Married for 60 years and Real Estate Partners since 1990
Sharon & Chuck, with their 3 young daughters and family dog, moved to North San Diego County in 1977 from Cleveland Ohio. Sight unseen, they chose North San Diego County as their final destination. Coming without a home or jobs, they had a vision that this was where they wanted to raise their family and live out the rest of their lives.
After settling in Escondido, Sharon decided to resume her Real Estate career and 10 years later was joined by Chuck. They are consistent top producers and are prestigious "Legend Award" winners for continuous performance. As their daughters grew up, they also entered fields relating to Real Estate. They have a daughter that is a successful Broker, another in the Title Industry and their youngest, an interior designer. Known by many as the "Real Estate Family", they have a strong work ethic and are well respected by their peers. Sharon & Chuck feel very fortunate that their daughters and their families live close by. They have 4 grandchildren which bring them great joy. Chuck and Sharon have resided in Rancho Bernardo since their children have grown and they love it!
They are both involved in the community and have been members of the local Chamber of Commerce. Sharon was also on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club and the publicity chairman for their annual Christmas Tree Lane fund raiser for several years. Chuck is a past Director for the North County Association of Realtors and was President for the North San Diego County of Realtors in 2006.
Every year since 1980 has been an award winning year for the SMIAR'S. Great service is first and foremost to both of them, resulting in many satisfied clients, some who have returned over and over again. They have sold one family, and their children, seventeen properties over the last twenty seven years.
